Don Johnson

Don Johnson has more than 30 years of experience in securities transactions and securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial transactions, business organizations and related matters. Don also has advised hundreds of clients in private and public offerings of securities and in acquisition, merger, and corporate reorganization transactions of public and private companies. These transactions have involved clients in a broad range of industries, including automotive, advertising and marketing, aerospace, agriculture, banking, consumer products, computer hardware and software, e commerce, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, insurance, Internet, manufacturing, motion picture, multimedia, oil and gas, professional services, real estate, restaurants, technology, and venture capital.

Don previously was a member of Richman, Mann, Chizever, Philips and Duboff, Beverly Hills, California, Loeb & Loeb, Los Angeles, California, and Mulvaney, Kahan & Barry, San Diego, California.

Don holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the bars of the U. S. Supreme Court, U. S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, U. S. District Court, Southern District of California, and U. S. Tax Court.
